Last nights dinner was supposed to look like this Instead it turned out like this It was a serious fail. The flavor was good, but it looked terrible and took more than twice as long to make as we thought it would. Oh and, it was a bit too crispy. BUT Dessert redeemed me, it was Kiwi Lemon Cheesecake - Yum! The recipe called for lemon curd, and when I saw how expensive it was at the store, I decided to try and make my own! It turned out great, and this was the end result It was not quite as solid as it should have been, but delicious non-the-less! Both of these recipes were from Rachel Ray's Everyday magazine. It was exciting making new things, hopefully next time they turn out a bit better :) xxoo

Cuteness! Every time I see a cute baby or a cute baby thing, I ask my husband if we can have a baby. But then whenever I'm overwhelmed with life, I'm so thankful that we don't have kids yet : ) I'm so back and forth!
