Life Lately




All of us sisters were in town for the baby sis, she graduated high school! She is 7 and a half years younger than me, and 13 years younger than the oldest {Naomi}, so it was all kind of crazy! Picture order; Catie, me, mom, Naomi, Shannon {the graduate} and Joellen. We had such a great weekend!




Yummy frozen yogurt with mochi! Have you had mochi? Do you love it? I couldn't get enough!




Naomi, mom and I always have to squeeze in a game of scrabble! Mom won {of course}.







I made Shannon's card, it turned out so well!




Goodbye Coos Bay!!

      Did you get your mochi questions answered?! It's basically sweet rice flour pounded into yummy balls! Here is a Wikipedia link to it :)

      Thanks for hosting the linkup Alli! Mochi is this yummy Japanese rice cake, basically sweet rice flour pounded and molded into balls. So good!! I usually get some regular (the cleanish balls} and some chocolate! You should go for some fro-yo and try it! Thanks for stopping by the blog!

    Love the "leaving Coos Bay" picture, it's awesome (even though that bridge is technically in North Bend, I still claim it as a landmark too). :)

Weekend

This weekend M and I got to go to Portland and spend some time with my sister and her family. She has two little boys and one on the way, so every second has noise/crying/laughter. Joellen and I got to spend some time away (went to the mall) which was a perfect break from chaos. I did get quite a bit of knitting done and was able to post some new stuff up on my Etsy shop ! I also got three custom orders (yay!!). If you see anything on my site you like but are interested in a different size, color or color combos just let me know! Here is a peek of my new product!
